REFUND

We commit to serving our clients with the best products. Every product is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with the outmost care.

There are times we may not have the products that you choose in stock. In such cases we may have to offer a different cylinder size upon your consent.

Cylinders remain a property of TswanaGas, therefore clients will be liable for damages they cause to TswanaGas property.

TswanaGas will not refund products that have broken seals and/or have been used unless there is proven faults on the manufacturing of the product. We do not refund products that do not have proof of purchase.
